This apartment located on the ground floor in a private residence, has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob and gas, etc.), a living/dining room, opening onto a large balcony with sea view (access possible from the master bedroom and/or living room), a triple bedroom with 1 bunk bed including: 1 bed (at the top) of 90 *190 and 1 second bed (downstairs) of 135*190 and 1 wall-mounted television, an individual WC with washing machine, a complete bathroom with “Italian shower” and toilet, and finally, a master bedroom with access to the balcony. This beautiful apartment also has satellite TV, a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, 2 pedestal fans and central heating for the low season.

Our agency offers you, in addition, a private covered parking space in the residence, for €50 per week. Otherwise you can park for free in the street, just in front of or in the residence, in unallocated (public) and unallocated spaces.

Important : A mandatory deposit of €400 will be required on the day of your arrival. Your payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer (see detailed payment and return conditions with our agency). It is also specified that an inventory must be carried out at each entry and exit from the accommodation. Once the inventory has been carried out, the tenants will be given the keys to the rented property and the annexes. A management/support/disinfection package of €19 will also be applied to each reservation. On the day of your departure, we will ask you to return the rented accommodation clean and in good condition. A key box will be set up (at the entrance to the accommodation) for returning keys upon departure. We also remind you that on the last day, all departures will be no later than 10 a.m. (otherwise charges will be applied and deducted from the deposit you paid us).

Please note : unless specifically requested, cleaning when leaving the apartment/house will be your sole responsibility. In the event of non-compliance with the above, we may then deduct cleaning costs from the deposit previously paid. A tourist tax of €1/day/person will be applicable to anyone over 16 years old, during the first 7 days of the stay. Household linen (sheets and towels) is not included , you can bring your own or rent it from our agency for €12 per person/stay, upon prior request. Animals are not allowed in the accommodation and its annexes. No payment by bank check or holiday voucher will be accepted.
